Clean up Schedule
Spring 2012
Collections at the Hondo Collection Center start at 9 am and run
until Noon, or until full which ever comes first. All other cleanups start at 8 am and run until
Noon, or until full which
ever comes first. Items are taken first come first serve.
*Attention*
In order to drop-off items at the cleanup, you must either bring your trash stub or have received permission
from the Greentree Solid Waste Authority office in advance
prior to the cleanup date. You may contact the GSWA office
at 575-378-4697. In non yard waste areas only, if you
get the grapple truck service of 12 yards per year July -
June, you are not eligible for the cleanup.
Residents are allowed 12 yards of waste per year (July -
June)
Commercial drop-off is not allowed at Community Clean Ups.
The following items are NOT accepted at
Community Clean Ups:
Paint, Batteries, Tires, Brush, Electronic Waste; such as:
(Computers, Printers, etc.), Compressed Air Tanks / Propane
Tanks.
Other types of Hazardous Waste NOT accepted
such as:
Any Flammable or Poisonous materials, Paint Thinners,
Pesticides, Gasoline, Motor Oil
